A Bike Can Change A Child's Life

A Bike Can Change A Child's Life

A Min's Road to Education

A Min is in 8th grade. Due to extremely difficult family circumstances, he doesn't always get enough food and looks thin. He lives with his parents and four younger siblings in a small house. His parents work as farmers, often going to the forest or fields early, so they can't take him to school. Because they can't afford a bike, A Min has to walk to school every day, hoping for a better future.

A Min received his new bike

Sometimes, A Min gets caught in the rain on his way to school. He can't hide under trees because the path is too long and dangerous. So, he gets wet and keeps going, even though he's often late and misses some classes. And in his mind, he always thinks about a day when a miracle will happen to give him a bike for school for more convenience.

The desire in his eyes was clear on his face

But now, things are changing. Thanks to a kind donation, A Min has a bike. He can get to school on time and join his friends in fun activities. This bike gives him the confidence to go to school without worrying about being late. He also plans to use it to take his younger siblings out and explore new places.

Both mother and son are now reassured about A Min going to school

A Min and his mom are very grateful to the sponsors who helped him get the bike. It's made a big difference in his life, and their family is very thankful.

His smile shows his happiness on the bike

Today, we have provided 1,525 bikes to underprivileged children, and hundreds more are still waiting for a bike to make it easier for them to pursue their dreams of going to school and help their families.

With just $125, you can help these children have a bike to get to school by contacting us via email at robert@givingitbacktokids.org or visiting our website at gibtk.org.
